Tubeknit Fashions is entering the capital market with an offer for sale of 5,20,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each and public issue of 37,55,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each through a 100% book building process.
The price band is Rs 100 to Rs 120 per equity share of Rs 10 each. The bid/issue opens on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 and closes on Tuesday, February 27, 2007.
