Pradip Overseas, a textile manufacturer, will come up with an IPO, which opens for subscription from Thursday, March 11, 2010. The IPO would consist of 1.06 Cr Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each, comprising of 5 Lakh Equity Shares reserved for subscription by eligible employees and a net issue of 1.01 Cr Equity Shares to the public
Pradip Overseas Ltd. had filed Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) had filed in January 2009. The IPO will remain open for subscription till Monday, March 15, 2010
